Refund policy

At Sabzify, we deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we do not accept returns or refunds once the delivery is accepted. 

Please inspect the quality of your fruits and vegetables at the time of delivery. If you find any item damaged or spoiled, you can return it directly to our delivery rider on the spot, and we will update your bill accordingly. 

Once the rider leaves, no returns or refunds will be issued. Thank you for choosing Sabzify!
